RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading global HR efforts
- Work closely with management and team leads to understand hiring needs
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to generate a talent pipeline through various sources including job postings, social networking on VR and other tech communities (Reddit, Discord etc.), in-person event networking, internet research, referrals, and direct recruiting
- Conduct interviews to determine candidates’ background, experience, salary requirements, and culture fit with the company
- Document and maintain all candidate information
- Assist with issuing employment contracts, payroll and other administrative task
- Take part in forming and maintaining positive employer branding in the US market
- Collaborate with the global HR team on HR strategies and tactics
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
EXPECTED PROFILE:
- 2+ years of experience recruiting in tech sector
- Independent, proactive, and resourceful person who can come up with creative solutions
- Looking for personal and professional growth
- Team player to work effectively with all levels of the organization working cross-functionally
- Interested in technology and HR
- Great communication and collaboration skills
